A routine with a combination of strength building, calorie burning, and explosive power.
The class starts with a primal warm up to get your body prepared for five stations, which include Rows, Ropes, Kettlebells, and plyometric movements.
Bells & Flow
Kettlebells and primal flow.
Kettlebell training is great for complex movement with fluidity that builds lean muscle mass.
Primal flow are animal like movements, pure strength to increase mobility from head to toe!
